It is very common: even when we’re talented and successful, we often rely on others—bosses, colleagues, loved ones—to reflect our worth back to us. But that reliance is quite fragile. There is a time when what we have relied upon no longer serves us. And yet, it’s not easy to see our own value, and to boldly step into the direction of our inner drive—to feel there will be ease, support, and fortune awaiting that step.

You may have let your workplace define your worth, finding comfort in a steady paycheck and the occasional small victory. You may have let your home define and comfort you, settling for the worth your loved ones have found in you to be your final definition. These are understandable trades, but they come with risks. When a job is lost—due to layoffs, restructuring, or forces beyond your control—the identity and value you built around your career can easily vanish with it. Rely on others to define your worth, and when they’re not around, you may be left questioning your worth altogether. We all know that job security is ultimately an illusion, and that home is defined inside, but still we find comfort and security in them nonetheless. But real security lies in finding a source of personal value that is both beyond and within your roles of work and home— a value that can’t be taken away by situations, conditions, or any other person.

We all have a power within that we keep bottled up, to maintain a relative comfort and stability in our lives. But when a big dream comes along, it is our self-imposed limits that keep that dream from being realized. What I offer is a way to be with your unique power and value that uncorks the bottle, allowing your big dream to be realized. This unbottling is not unlike releasing the genie upon your world –– the powerful, magical creature that you have been all along. And what you get alongside this unbottling is a powerful sense of self that is yours alone, no longer reliant on the favorable or unfavorable conditions in which you find yourself.

During your 3-month adventure, I help you explore and strengthen your inner foundation, nurturing a sense of value that is enduring, meaningful, and truly your own. When you feel worthless – and hey, we all do sometimes – it’s comforting to hear what someone else sees. This is often where we start. I’m good at noticing the qualities of your character that you can count on. You can expect us to verify what we find, in personality tests and self-assessments. But we go beyond this external validation to build an inner knowing and consistent connection to these qualities.

WE IDENTIFY YOUR PATTERNS

Expect to go weeding in the garden. We all have unhealthy thought patterns, emotional blocks, and self-destructive behaviors that show up just in time to mess up a good groove. I love finding these with you, because when you process just one, it never comes back with the same strength, and then you’re going to want to use that boost of energy and vitality to pull more of the weeds. It’s that liberated and empowered feeling I know you’re just going to love feeling, as you see the beauty of your inner garden that was there all along.

Imagine being unapologetic about your power. This only comes with safe trial and practice – trying on expressions, and seeing how they feel; taking a bold action and seeing if it feels right. I’m not shaping you into some ideal I see – you are your own creation. I’m there with you as you self-actualize, and guiding you into your own, bold choices.

We’re changing all the time, and so is the world around us, even if we don’t notice it. Our work together is likely to result in additional awareness and agency around these changes. You start to welcome and embrace changes rather than hoping they don’t happen, or feeling at the affect of them. The people in your life may begin to shift considerably, with those unsupportive of your power falling away, and new, dynamic connections beginning to emerge. You’re not going to get rid of the waves on the ocean of life, but you’ll be able to surf upon them as they come.
