Does your team even know what you’re building, and why? Everyone in your organization should be a fanatic of what you’re building. They should be playing with the product themselves, and wondering what makes users leave or stay. Everyone on your team is a customer you can’t afford to lose.

When we pick up a product, who are we? Your customers aren’t one thing. Neither are your people. Your creatives – engineers, designers, and marketers – love to walk in someone else’s shoes to solve product problems. But are you assuming they only wear the same old loafers every day? Or slippers?
