…is a constant design of communication, affinity, and connection. We each have needs, wants, and life stories that seek solutions. Every product provides a solution for a person. Yet, it’s that one-to-one personal connection at the heart of an audience, which isn’t a monolith We are each a thousand audiences a day.

A service is best shaped into a product that people can understand. But which people? Knowing the real, personal issue behind an audience is key to bridging the communication divide, and after that, it’s just a matter of devising the best means of reaching them to tell them we understand, and have brought resolution to their story.
